Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  • Identify normal fetal anatomy and biometry to perform accurate ultrasound measurements and assess fetal growth.
  • Analyze ultrasound findings of placental abnormalities and fetal anomalies involving the cardiac, central nervous system, gastrointestinal and renal systems and formulate a differential diagnosis.
  • Summarize ultrasound findings of normal gynecologic anatomy, ectopic pregnancy, and adnexal masses.
  • Explain appropriate risk stratification systems (IOTA, O-RADS) to guide clinical management.
