AAH Nursing Grand Rounds Recordings: Palliative Care: Partnering Across the Continuum

Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness. The care is focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of the illness aimed at improving quality of life for both the patient and the family.  This session will feature experts who will describe key palliative care interventions and how to support patient care across the care continuum.
