AIMMC Preceptor Workshop 2026
The AIMMC Preceptor Workshop is an interactive workshop designed for both new and experienced preceptors to strengthen coaching, communication, and feedback skills while building on Enterprise foundational leadership and development concepts. Participants will explore practical tools and strategies to support learners, foster critical thinking, and guide teammates through orientation and professional growth. Through discussion, scenario-based activities, and real-world application, preceptors will build confidence in creating a positive and effective learning environment that promotes professional growth and clinical excellence.
*Learners must attend a Preceptor Essentials course hosted by Enterprise prior to attending the course.
This conference is being held in person.

- Describe the roles and responsibilities of a Preceptor.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of how to access and apply orientation checklists.
- Develop effective coaching and feedback skills.
- Identify one strategy learned that you will apply to your practice following the workshop.
