Overview:
This presentation will describe best practices to screen for delirium; evaluate and care for those who develop this geriatric syndrome. Clinicians will further review evidenced based best practice strategies for preventing delirium. This is a collaboration with Timely Topics on Older & Aging Adults webinar series.
