AAH Nursing Grand Rounds Recordings: Using ExCEL-RN to Make a Difference in Patient Care
The Excellence in Career Engagement and Learning (ExCEL) program for RNs provides nurses with the opportunity to engage in professional activity to build skills and competence and shape nursing practice. This session features a program overview with presentations by three nurses who recently completed “Level A” ExCEL-RN projects. They will share their stories and talk about ways the ExCEL RN program can make a difference.

- Describe the key aspects of three nurse-led Level A ExCEL projects
- Identify the personal and professional lessons learned as reported by the ExCEL RNs
- Discuss one idea that you could use in your personal practice
