AAH Nursing Grand Rounds Recordings: Fall Prevention Success Stories!

Preventing fall-related injury is a big deal in acute care. The AAH System Practice Excellence Council (SPEC) Fall Prevention Team recently published our Standards “wheel” to guide all nursing on the use of evidence-based practices to prevent falls and injury. These presenters will highlight the Fall Prevention Standards and feature brief reports from two hospitals about what is working at their site.
