AAH Nursing Grand Rounds Recordings: Examining Professional and Personal Values and the Nursing Environment
The Advocate Health organizational purpose is guided by our values including excellence, compassion, and respect. This presentation will feature nurse and librarian researchers who conducted the multi-site “Nurse Values Study”. They will report their findings about personal & professional values and discuss the implication for nurses & leaders.
