- Discuss different symptoms of colds and flus and how they can be treated using natural remedies.
- Tailor the use of different herbs, foods, and spices to treat individual cold or flu symptoms.
- Understand differences in the way colds and flus are conceptualized between biomedicine, Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and integrative medicine
- Assess the evidence in the medical literature for and against using food to treat colds and flus.
