Overview:
Healthcare workers face high levels of stress, anxiety, workload, exhaustion and mental health illness due to the healthcare environment. These factors cause an increase in mental health concerns and suicidal ideation. The goal of this presentation is to review common signs of mental illness, solutions, coping measures, and resources.
