Overall Objectives:

  1. Apply evidence-based practices in transplant care to improve patient safety and clinical outcomes.
  2. Evaluate clinical scenarios involving immunosuppression and rejection management using current guidelines and best practices.
  3. Integrate interdisciplinary strategies to deliver coordinated, comprehensive transplant care across the continuum of practice.
  4. Identify early signs of transplant-related complications requiring escalation or specialist intervention.
  5. Compare institutional transplant practices with national or international standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Demonstrate effective communication strategies within interdisciplinary transplant teams.

Target Audience:  
This activity is designed for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
