Description
Nursing professional governance leaders will be focusing on 5 main categories of the Emotional Intelligence model including self-perception, stress management, decision making, self-expression, and interpersonal dimensions. Speaker will build upon assessment from EQ-i 2.0, an emotional intelligence self-assessment based on Daniel Goleman’s Primal Leadership. This will provide audience the opportunity to improve leadership ability through deployment of emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional communication
