Description: This continuing education course will cover inpatient management of medications used to treat various dermatologic conditions while patients are acutely ill. The presentation will cover clinical presentation, key diagnostic features, evidence-based pharmacologic treatments, and need for continued treatment in patients who are acutely ill.

- Recall the clinical presentation and key diagnostic features of select dermatologic conditions
- Evaluate the role of biologic agents for management of select dermatologic conditions given a patient case
- Assess need for initiation or continued medication use in patients with select dermatologic conditions in hospitalized patients
