Description: Postoperative pain management in patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) requires careful oversight to ensure adequate pain control is achieved. This presentation will describe approaches to pain management in patients undergoing surgery with OUD, including patients utilizing maintenance methadone, buprenorphine +/- naloxone, or naltrexone therapy for OUD.
