Description: This presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of the 2025 ACC/AHA/ACEP/NAEMSP/SCAI guidelines for the management of acute coronary syndromes, highlighting key updates and how they differ from prior recommendations. Emphasis will be placed on pharmacologic strategies—including dual antiplatelet therapy, lipid-lowering agents, and anticoagulation—as well as the primary literature and clinical trials that informed these evidence-based changes.
