The ongoing safety leader training series provides focuses on developing skills of patient safety leaders across the organization regarding high reliability principles, foundational safety knowledge, and cutting edge research and academic publications. Topics include cause analysis techniques, interview skills, use of advanced technology/ AI in patient safety work, and other advanced safety leadership skills.
