Program Overview:

Diabetes educators, including registered nurses (RNs), registered dietitians (RDs), and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCESs), may not know about the selected topics and new research that pertains to diabetes education. This series will provide a variety of topic areas relevant to the practice of diabetes education to assist educators to provide evidence-based care.

  1. Identify at least 1-2 specific implications for each presentation to apply to their practice.
