This course introduces the learner to the NPD Practice Model with a focus on the roles and responsibilities of a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner as well as the ADDIE model.

Overall Objectives:

At the end of this session, learners should be able to: 

  1. Identify the seven roles of the NPD Practitioner
  2. Describe the ADDIE Model

Target Audience:  
This activity is designed for individuals new to working in a dedicated NPD/Educator role & current NPD Practitioners who never had formal training/onboarding to the role.
