Overall Objectives:
1. Apply current evidence-based practices to provide improved outcomes for patients currently undergoing treatment for spine-related conditions.
2. Incorporate multiple specialties; including, neurosurgery, neuroradiology, orthopedic surgery, pain management, integrative medicine, spine physiatrist and rehabilitation services.
3. Provide the requesting physician with recommendations for a treatment plan.
4. Recognize improved management of spine-related conditions based upon interactions with colleagues, including shared perspectives, expertise and experiences.
