Program Overview:

To enhance the professional development and clinical expertise of nursing professional development practitioners by critically appraising and discussing current, evidence-based research articles. This quarterly journal club aims to foster a culture of continuous learning, improve patient care practices, and enhance collaboration across a multi-state medical group education department.

Overall Objectives:

  1. Analyze and interpret current research and evidence-based practice
  2. Identify evidence-based practices in current literature that can be applied in personal practice setting 
     

Target Audience: This activity is designed for Medical Group nursing professional development practitioners-Midwest and Southeast.
