Webinar Overview:
November is Native American Heritage Month, a time to recognize the history, culture, and contributions of Native Americans, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and affiliated Island communities. We will address the most significant health care disparities, what contributes to the continuation and the widening of the gap, and how we can address this as clinicians.

Objectives: Upon completion of the activity, the learner should be able to:

Discuss Native American Health from a historical context.
Identify health care disparities that affect Native American patients.
Identify strategies and resources to address this community's growing healthcare disparities.

Target Audience: This activity is designed for physicians and other healthcare professionals.
