This activity is deigned for physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals and aims to enhance patient care by incorporating the latest evidence-based practices and ensuring consistent care among providers. It focuses on the appropriate management of thrombotic microagniopathy, hemolytic anemia, as well as platelet and bleeding disorders. 

Additionally, the program provides a forum for discussing complex hematological cases without expert consensus, improving long term outcomes of patients with sickle cell disease, iTTP, hemophilia, von willebrand disease, HHT, ITP and porphyria.

  2. Distinguish appropriate tapering of therapeutic plasma exchange and steroid use
  3. Evaluate when to order bone marrow biopsy, send out testing, and evaluate for secondary courses
