This activity is designed for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to align with the Commission on Cancer Standards. This multidisciplinary team of specialists, aims to enhance educational support through proactive discussions on head and neck-related cancer diagnoses, treatment options, and postoperative outcomes for both adult and pediatric patients. The program addresses gaps such as the absence of the latest NCCN and LCI guidelines, lack of multidisciplinary treatment plans, and outdated AJCC cancer staging.

Overall Objectives:

  1. Assess discussion of the TNM Cancer staging of head and neck cancer patients that are presented at this series. 
  2. Analyze the execution of the NCCN (& LCI) guidelines for all head and neck cancer patients presented at this event. 
  3. Review advanced information of available treatments to improve outcomes of the head and neck cancer patients presented at this event.
