The education is in a small group setting for peer interaction including discussion and problem-solving to support professional development using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model. Join us to discuss "Getting Started in Nursing Professional Development Focus on The Learning Facilitator Role", 5th edition, by Bette Case Di Leonardi and Sarah Faith Perron. Read the assigned chapter then meet live to discuss.
