Description

The Emergency Medicine Education Conference is a evidence-based scientific background for competent clinical practice; maintain state-of-the-art knowledge of the specialty and all additional related disciplines; the common goal is to provide consistent care in all settings in which emergency care is provided involving quality, safe and equitable health care delivery and support of other service providers.

This conference is being held in person.

Overall Objectives:

​​LGH & IMMC Emergency Medicine Conference Objectives:

• Analyze complications that have recently occurred in the Emergency Department and apply findings to future plans for treatment
• Apply current literature on up to date technologies, recent advances, updated guidelines, and/or best practices into daily clinical practice
• Examine issues of controversy in the areas of diagnosis, treatment and medical management of trauma patients

Target Audience:  

This activity is designed for physicians and other health care professionals.
