  • Describe common indications of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support in pediatric and neonatal populations. 
  • Describe how extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) affects the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of commonly used medications in pediatric and neonatal patients. 
  • Recall medication selection, dosing, and monitoring strategies in pediatric and neonatal patients receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).
