  1. Discuss how climate change will impact patient’s health and care 
  2. Initiate conversations with patients about how climate change will impact their health
  3. Collaborate with the health care team to manage chronic and acute illnesses associated with climate change

Target Audience:  This activity is designed for advance practice clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and members of the health care team who are interested in climate change and its impacts on health.
