Overall Objectives:

- Initiate conversations with patients about how climate change will impact their health
- Collaborate with the health care team to manage chronic and acute illnesses associated with climate change
Target Audience: This activity is designed for advance practice clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and members of the health care team who are interested in climate change and its impacts on health.
