2. Identify common situations and patient care interactions that healthcare professionals perceive as challenging to compassionate care delivery.
3. Analyze how patient, clinician, clinical, and environmental factors interact to influence perceptions of "difficult" patients and compassionate care delivery.
4. Evaluate strategies that nurses and healthcare organizations can implement to support compassionate, equitable care in complex clinical situations.
