Objectives:
- Review the differential diagnosis and workup of patients with glomerular disease.
- Understand the overlap between the clinical presentation of SLE and focal segmental glomerular sclerosis.
- Understand the associations of infectious etiologies and glomerular pathology.
- Discuss when to seek out kidney biopsy and the prognosis of collapsing focal segmental glomerular sclerosis
