Description: This year long program will aid the already experienced nurse in growth and development in informal leadership by closing the gap between formal training and intentional professional development. There will be monthly in person sessions with presenters each session and weekly check ins.

Overall Objectives:

  1. Develop an understanding of the charge RN as a leader
  2. Understand the charge RN role in finance by utilizing financial navigational tools
  3. Develop an understanding or risk management and the charge nurse

Target Audience:  
This activity is designed for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
