There will be monthly in person sessions with presenters each session and weekly check ins.

- Develop an understanding of the charge RN as a leader
- Understand the charge RN role in finance by utilizing financial navigational tools
- Develop an understanding or risk management and the charge nurse

This activity is designed for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
