This activity is designed for physicians, physician assistants and other healthcare professions aims to bridge professional gaps in Otolaryngology by enhancing interdisciplinary understanding and collaboration. We will conduct surveys to assess participants' knowledge and collaboration with other disciplines, using this data to identify and address educational needs. Additionally, we will provide ongoing education on evidence-based practices, new procedures, and best practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
