Topic: Leadership Development Week - AI, Your Role & Your Team: Future Proofing Our Work

AI is here. The question is not whether it can or will replace our jobs, the question is what we need to do to future-proof our work and ensure we are working alongside AI. AI can absolutely summarize meeting details and write a first draft of an email. It can absolutely create images and analyze data. It can absolutely practice conversations and give us feedback. But what are the things it can't do? What are the things you and your team do that AI can't replace and are those the things your team is known for?

In this session we will dive into what you can do today to prepare yourself and your team for the not-so-distant future where AI is a given, but you and your team will still be needed. It will take a different mindset. It will take a different skillset. We will dive into some steps you can take today to begin to truly future-proof your work.
