A multidisciplinary team present patient's medical and social assessments to determine candidacy for liver transplantation, discuss currently-listed patient status and review condition of patients 1-year post-transplant.

1. Identify reasons why a potential candidate was approved for listing for transplant
2. Evaluate why a potential candidate was denied listing for transplant
3. Apply current practice guidelines when moving forward with a plan of care
