A multidisciplinary team present patient's medical and social assessments to determine candidacy for kidney transplantation, discuss currently-listed patient status and review living donor candidates.

Overall Objectives:

  1. Identify reasons why a potential candidate was approved for listing for transplant
  2. Evaluate why a potential candidate was denied listing for transplant
  3. Apply current practice guidelines when moving forward with a plan of care

Target Audience:  
This activity is designed for invited members and consultants of the abdominal transplant team.
