During these weekly didactic lectures, a variety of Heart Failure topics will be presented and discussed. The lectures will provide information on new and updated procedures, surgical techniques, and new medications.

Overall Objectives:

  1. Identify optimal patient care initiatives based on Heart Failure Guidelines
  2. Improve the knowledge base of the Advanced Heart Failure team by analyzing new research in the field of Advanced Heart Failure treatments.
  3. Demonstrate improved competency in the identification and care of the Advanced Heart Failure Patient
  4. Translate medical knowledge to optimal patient care at the bedside

Target Audience:  
This activity is designed for Cardiology, Transplant Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure Physicians, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, RN Transplant, and Heart Failure Coordinators.
