- Identify low performing clinicians in their respective PHOs who need quality mentoring
- Describe the recommended actions to take to engage and mentor low performing clinicians
- Explain new tools available for all physicians that support improvement performance

This activity is designed for the physician and nurse members of the APP QI Committee.
