Overall Objectives:

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

• Identify low performing clinicians in their respective PHOs who need quality mentoring
• Describe the recommended actions to take to engage and mentor low performing clinicians
• Explain new tools available for all physicians that support improvement performance

Target Audience:  
This activity is designed for the physician and nurse members of the APP QI Committee.
