Following the required reading of the chosen journal article a one-hour discussion regarding the article will be facilitated by the content expert. The goal of the discussion for the journal club participants is to guide and support the evaluation of scholarly literature with a focus to elevating knowledge impacting professional development and patient care and outcomes. This independent study is offered quarterly.

Please join your peers in reviewing current literature on impactful nursing practice topics. We will focus on a new scholarly article each quarter and critically appraise presented information. Dates for the Journal Club are scheduled for 3/20/2024, 6/19/2024, 9/18/2024 and 12/18/2024 at 1600. You will receive an email from the Journal Club Contact and a link to the article to be reviewed as well as a virtual invite 30 days prior to the meeting.
