Overview
The American Nurses Credentialing Corporation requires Magnet designated hospitals to have infrastructure and processes to engage nurses in generating and disseminating new knowledge (research). This program will feature Advocate leaders providing an overview of our research strategy, infrastructure, resources to achieve “lollapalooza” (great) research.
Objectives: Participants will be able to:
- Describe the key “new knowledge” (NK) requirements for Magnet 2023 documentation
- Discuss the Advocate Health strategy and infrastructure to support research
- Relate examples of research dissemination.
- Describe 1-2 takeaways for your practice
