Overview
Research indicates that health care workers experience higher degrees of burnout than the general population. This session will focus on the job-related factors associated with the professional well-being of nurses working the Emergency Department.
Objectives: Participants will be able to:
- Define professional well-being in its ideal and negative states
- Discuss the study methodology and key findings
- Identify 1-2 specific implications to apply to their practice.
