Overview

The AH Midwest COVID 19 Nurse Study started in the Fall 2020 during a raging pandemic before vaccines were available. Initial results confirmed significant negative outcomes for nurses across all settings. Many strategies were put in place to protect and support nurses. Two subsequent surveys were conducted across MW settings to monitor the impact over time.  This session will share findings and trends over time.

Objectives: Participants will be able to:

1. Describe the aim and methodology of this multi-year study

2. Discuss trends over the three years with insights about where to go from here.

4. Identify 1-2 specific implications to apply to their professional practice.
