This is an independent study with pre-recorded presentations on various nursing topics each quarter that are relevant to nurses in their practice.

Overall Objectives:

1. Identify at least (1) practice change based on evidence, clinical expertise, or patient preferences to improve care processes, patient outcomes, or the professional development of the nurse.
2. Describe the purpose of the new Nursing Professional Practice Model (PPM) and explain how it guides nursing practice, decision-making, and professional development.​ 
3. ​ Identify the five key attributes of the Professional Practice Model: Values, Well-being, Governance, Professional Growth, and Interprofessional Relationships. ​ 
4. ​ Explain how each PPM attribute supports high-quality patient care and nursing excellence within the organization.​ 
5. Identify at least one action that can be taken to incorporate each PPM attribute into their own professional practice.​
