Objectives:
After presentation, the participants will be able to:
- Describe the purpose of the new Nursing Professional Practice Model (PPM) and explain how it guides nursing practice, decision-making, and professional development.
- Identify the five key attributes of the Professional Practice Model: Values, Well-being, Governance, Professional Growth, and Interprofessional Relationships.
- Explain how each PPM attribute supports high-quality patient care and nursing excellence within the organization.
- Identify at least one action that can be taken to incorporate each PPM attribute into their own professional practice.
