  • Understand key components and expectations of the [ADVANCE clinical advancement] program. 

  • Analyze how ADVANCE can be individually tailored to successfully reward and recognize clinical nurse achievements in certification, degree advancement, evidence-based practice, professional governance, and excellence in nursing practice.
