  1. Analyze performance data to date in the areas of Patient Experience and Quality 
  2. Understand barriers which may be impacting performance 
  3. Synthesize proposed opportunities and recommend innovative strategies for improvement 
  4. Apply strategies and tactics to improve engagement and alignment with strategic goals and objectives in value-based care initiatives.

Target Audience:
