Well-being and Practice: Nursing Director Reflective & Relational Leadership Community of Practice is hosted by MW Executive Nursing Leadership and Spiritual Care's Well-being and Practice programming. This reflective and experiential cohort series is focused on reflective and relational leadership and how that contributes to sustainable work. This is also an opportunity to slow down, learn, and connect with peer nursing directors who are also seeking skills for navigating the joys and difficulties of working in healthcare.
