The Meeting provides focused education for hyperbaric healthcare professionals and supports safe, consistent, and compliant hyperbaric operations. The aim is to strengthen safety practices, improve operational readiness, and support high-quality patient care for Atrium Health/Advocate Health hyperbaric sites in the Southeast Region.
Learners get an in-depth review of the latest safety updates, current safety standards, NFPA 99/101 requirements, equipment considerations, and recent “good catches” or near-miss events. Participants will engage in interactive learning, problem-solving, demonstrations, and return demonstrations. Safety updates and policy changes are emphasized to reinforce current standards and protocols. Brief case discussions and chamber science refreshers reinforce clinical reasoning and hazard awareness, ensuring consistent understanding across all team members.
