Overall Objectives:

  1. Apply most recent and up to date, evidence-based knowledge in the management of patients. 
  2. Apply current practice guidelines in managing patients with end stage renal disease with different modalities of dialysis, home hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and in center hemodialysis.
  3. Improve patient outcomes and identify risk factors for readmission and avoid near miss cases in the management of patients with cardiorenal syndrome and diuretic management as outpatient.
