Course Overview:  Discuss the current state of cardiovascular risk assessment and how current tools are not accurate at diagnosing coronary artery disease

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of the activity, the learner should be able to:

  • Assess the effectiveness of current methods for diagnosing coronary artery disease.
  • Evaluate current technologies and tools that enhance detection of coronary artery disease.
  • Demonstrate how these tools can be used to modify management strategies and improve prognosis.
