Overall Objectives:
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Analyze performance data to in the areas of Patient Experience and Quality
- Understand barriers unique to independent practices which may be impacting performance
- Synthesize proposed opportunities and recommend innovative strategies for improvement
- Apply strategies and tactics to improve engagement and alignment with APP’s goals and objectives in value-based care initiatives
- Establish performance targets aligned with national standards and internal expectations to drive quality outcomes

This activity is designed for the physician and nurse members of the APP QI Committee.
