- Define obstetric violence culture and distinguish it from individual acts of mistreatment.
- Analyze how nurses can either perpetuate or challenge obstetric violence through their daily practice.
- Identify the structural, historical, and cultural factors that sustain obstetric violence in perinatal care.
- Discuss actionable strategies nurses can use to promote respectful, equitable, and patient-centered maternity care.
