•Identify the importance of child/family centered and friendly practices within pediatric transport
•Understand the developmental differences of various ages and how they view the medical world
•Demonstrate positive coping, language and education to children of differing ages and developmental stages on medical procedures
•Introduction of de-escalation and de-stimulation of developmentally delayed patients
